Behind the why

I began my real estate career in 1991 with a national franchise. At the time, I was a young wife and mother with limited knowledge of the economy and real estate, but a deep passion for the field. Despite the challenges of economic downturns, my ability to spot valuable investments helped me navigate through them successfully.

A significant turning point came when a close family member, who owned a brokerage, offered me a position. This opportunity led to me becoming the owner and broker of record in 1997. Since then, I've managed and sold numerous commercial and residential properties, overseen real estate trusts, and collaborated with developers to create new homes in our community.

I firmly believe in the long-term value of real estate, whether it's a personal residence, commercial property, or investment. My approach focuses on buying strategically and recognizing a property's potential.

Involving my children in the business has been incredibly rewarding. They’ve developed their own successful real estate portfolios, with my son running his own brokerage. Recently, I’ve added Therese Cron to our team. Her extensive experience in commercial real estate is a valuable asset, and I look forward to her sharing her journey with you.
