Dan brings nearly four decades of business and transaction experience to TRES. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Dan began his career in public accounting with what is now Ernst & Young before spending the next several decades at Glenn Burdette in San Luis Obispo, ultimately serving as President and Managing Director. He also served on the Board of Directors of Heritage Oaks Bank, providing insight into transactions from both the borrower's and lender's perspectives.

Over the years, Dan has worked closely with business owners and investors on everything from straightforward decisions to complicated transactions with a lot of moving parts. He has always enjoyed looking at a deal, asking the right questions and figuring out whether there might be a more creative-or perhaps simpler-way to put it together.

Dan now brings that perspective-and his own experience as a real estate investor-to TRES, working alongside Natalie Tartaglia and Therese Cron on commercial and residential real estate.

A longtime San Luis Obispo resident and active member of Rotary de Tolosa, Dan spends his time outside of real estate with family, including five grandchildren, working on his saxophone skills, creating SAMEsame cartoons, and maintaining a professional-level commitment to being a retired underachiever.
