With over 20 years of diverse experience in commercial and residential real estate, Therese has built a remarkable career across the West Coast, including Seattle, Washington, and her hometown on the Central Coast. She has successfully transacted over 800,000 square feet of real estate, with 300,000 square feet located in downtown San Luis Obispo. Her mantra, "People First," is not just a slogan but a guiding principle in her personal and professional life, where she prioritizes her family, friends, and clients alike. Therese's cutting-edge approach to real estate transcends traditional boundaries, making her a dynamic force in the industry.

Therese’s community involvement is extensive and impactful. She has served on the Board of Directors for the Downtown SLO Association for eight years and has chaired the association's Promotions and Events Committee for over a decade. Additionally, she served on the Board of Directors for the San Luis Obispo International Film Festival (SLOIFF) for two years. Therese has also actively partnered with the San Luis Obispo city leadership team, focusing on homelessness initiatives and strategic planning committees.

Her commitment to the community extends to philanthropy as well. She is an active participant in fundraising for local nonprofits, including Big Brothers Big Sisters, Hearst Cancer Resource Center, Jack’s Helping Hand, and CASA.

Before finding her passion in real estate, Therese began her career after graduating from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM). She initially worked in department store executive management before relocating to the Central Coast, where she became the Director of Merchandising for Copeland Sports. This role ultimately paved the way for her transition into real estate.

Outside of her professional life, Therese is a proud mother to her daughter Mary, who is thriving in Boston. In her free time, Therese enjoys pursuing her creative passions, from playing music with friends to paddle boarding.
